SynapseIndia CSR to promote Yoga values in society

SynapseIndia CSR initiatives have helped us to promote Yoga values among our children as well as in the society. We believe that Yoga is the way of rejuvenating our inner self and discovering who we are.

Yogasana is the first step towards Yoga. After the asanas come pranayama, then pratayahara and then only comes dharana and dhyan. Our children practice various forms of Yoga like Vriksasana, Mayurasana , Surya Namaskar and more to attain inner peace and strength.

MahaYoga is also conducted at our trust that is a kind of meditation process. It includes four forms of yoga that are Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Laya Yoga and Raja Yoga. All of these combined together help us to attain the highest level of consciousness.

SynapseIndia Founder Shamit Khemka is also a firm believer of Yoga and visits our trust often.

SynapseIndia CSR: Promoting ancient cultural values in children

SynapseIndia CSR activities have helped us a lot in our mission to educate more needy children and make them aware about our ancient cultural and Vedic values.

The children at our trust are taught about ancient Vedic culture alongwith modern education subjects. The children are taught Shukla Yajurveda satsvar alongside Panini's Ashthadhayayi that contains multiple grammar rules. They memorize all these grammar rules and daily practice these grammar rules.

The Panini's Ashthadhayayi's course content includes Literature, Nyaya darshan, spoken Sanskrit as well as modern subjects.

Apart from this, the children also recite various mantras and meditate to stay calm in their daily life.
We are thankful to Shamit Khemka (SynapseIndia Founder) who also understands the importance of making students aware about our ancient culture and feels proud to be associated with us.

Winters are already on the way and we have prepared ourselves to show our support for the society.
Every year, we collect woolen clothes for needy children in the society.

He recently (in 2016) distributed sweaters, shawls, woolen caps, blankets and winter wear for children at the trust.
